Stephanie's musical journey started at the age of 3 with Suzuki violin lessons and continued with a Bachelor of Music degree from UW-Milwaukee, postgraduate studies at Alverno College, and teacher training in Suzuki Violin Books 1-4.

Stephanie finds joy in nurturing musical talent by customizing lessons to fit each child and adult she works with.  Her belief is that everyone can learn an instrument at any age and everyone's journey is different.

Outside the lesson studio, Stephanie is a contractor, performer, and recording artist.  She regularly performs with Fretless Strings, Bowtime, Nine Worlds Ensemble and various other Chicago ensembles. She has had the honor of sharing stages with notable artists and bands such as Kansas, Peter Cetera from Chicago, Rod Stewart, Final Fantasy "Distant Worlds", That Dog at Riot Fest, Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Kygo at Lollapalooza.  Stephanie also regularly records for video games and other commercial media, indie bands and chamber music.
